The Atlanta Falcons traded receiver Van Jefferson to the Los Angeles Rams for a 6th round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft (still got a 7th round pick in the same draft in return).

The receiver has caught 8 passes for 108 yards with no touchdowns this season.

The 27-year-old lost playing time after losing competition to Puka Nacua and Tutu Atwell.

Minnesota Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson has been placed on injured reserve due to a posterior thigh injury.

Justin Jefferson will miss at least four games. Also, quarterback Colt McCoy has arrived at the Vikes for a workout.

Fans are discussing the likelihood of Kirk Cousins being traded to another club because of the team's poor start (1-4) and the fact that Cousins' contract expires at the end of the season. Note that Cousins has veto power over any trade.

The New York Jets are looking to trade receiver Micole Hardman, who signed a one-year, $4 million contract in the offseason.

Micole Hardman has caught one pass for 6 yards in 4 games. After Rodgers' injury, the Jets began to rely on the takeaway play.
